So as for reliability, I just replaced my water pump at 73,000 miles. But after 6 years of driving that so far is the only thing I've had to replace. Of course being an all time 4 wheeled drive it's hard on tires so replacing those goes without saying, but don't buy really cheap tires for it, they won't last. I do my own service on it as mechanics charge $60/hr, and it's not really that hard to do maintenance of oil changes, and other fluids on your own car. Weak springs or worn bearings can cause drift. 3 Inspect the tire pressure and wheel alignment for steering difficulties. You should also make sure that the steering box is adjusted properly and the linkage isn't loose.
